Week 8:
A great week to end our first half term! We have spent lot's of time this week carrying out science experiments. Our science topic is materials so we have been experimenting which materials are soluble and which materials can be separated from water. Thank you very much to all the parents that attended our science afternoon, we had great fun and it was lovely to see you all.

Have a fantastic half term!!

Week 6:

Another great week in Class 4 this week. We have some new Fusions leaders, who have volunteered to take responsibility on the playground and lead games for other pupils in school. We had a great time completing our training and can't wait to put it into practice next week! - Well done everyone frown

Week 5:

This week we have celebrated British Values day in school. We used this time in Class 4 to discuss equality and diversity. We talked about how we are all different, from the way we look, the way we act and the things we believe in. We also discussed how important this diversity within us is and how we are all equal regardless of our differences. The class have created some wonderful poems based on the work of James Berry.

Week 4:

In Class 4 this week we have been researching a chosen topic for our non-chronological reports about Ancient Egypt . We then took turns to share the information we had found with other people around the classroom.

In topic this week, we have been excited to start looking at Howard Carter's discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb and we thought about what a day in the life of Howard Carter may have been like and how he may have felt!

Week 3:

This week we have completed some amazing art work! We studied pictures of pharaohs and carefully drew the other half of our chosen picture, we then used water colour pencils and the results are fantastic! We also started put our note taking skills to the test, as we started research for our non-chronological reports.

Week 2:

Another great week in class 4, we have started some great detailed art work of pharaohs that is looking amazing! We're going to complete these using water colour pencils and pictures will be uploaded soon!!
