Week 4
Our new Class 1 Year 1s have been practicing their doubling this week!
Week 3
Our Class 1 children really enjoyed their parent stay and play this week. We performed the story 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' and showed our grown ups lots of caterpillar related activities.
Week 2
Class 1 have had a special delivery this week - caterpillars! They arrived on Monday and they were very tiny! By Friday they have already grown! The children are enjoying checking in on our caterpillars everyday. Some children have written signs to make sure everyone knows to be quiet around our caterpillars so they are not disturbed!
Week 1
This week in our music lesson we have been finding the beats in our names. We found out if our name had one beat, two beats, three beats or even four! We have also been counting beats on a drum. We finished our music lesson with a favourite game - someone's hiding - where we have to find out who is finding under the cover!
