It has been an absolute delight to have all of the children back in school this week and Class 1 is now bursting with energy! We have welcomed two new children into our class and they have enjoyed lots of fun activities this week. In PE Mr Johnson and Mr Kynoch have introduced new skills and got the children up and moving with huge enthusiasm to take part and listen to instructions.
We have enjoyed the story "Dear Zoo" by Rod Campbell and can now re-tell it with actions and even add our own animals and adjectives In phonics some children have shown just how hard they have been working at home. We have loved playing with friends in our outdoor area and made the most of the windy day on Thursday by making and testing our very own kites. On Friday we celebrated Golden Book assembly and then had fun with some new "Go Noodle" action dances. The children were so excited to take home their Mothers Day boxes. Have a very Happy Mothers Day
