Spring Term 2
Holy Week
This has been a very different Holy Week in school, with celebrations being led on zoom by the different classes.
On Monday, we placed our crosses ready for the Stations of the cross led by Class 5 on zoom.
Class 4 led the celebrations for Maundy Thursday or The Last Supper. Everyone performed and/or read excellently and the singing was wonderful. Well done Class 4.

Chill out "Chooseday" saw Class 4 finger painting this week to create corn or lavender fields.
Week 12th - 16th March 2021
The toucans turned out wonderfully! This Chilled out Tuesday the children are applying their skills to draw a tropical bird of their choice.
Week 5th - 9th March 2021
Back to school thank goodness!
It has been a lovely week back in Class 4. We have started our class novel; "Journey to the River Sea" by Eva Ibbotson. It promises to be an amazing adventure story.
Each Tuesday until Easter, we are having a "Chill Out Tuesday" and we will be creating wonderful works of art. This week we used a video tutorial and learned how to draw a toucan, coloured with oil and chalk pastels and felt tips. They look utterly amazing and I can't wait to see the finished articles next week.
