In Class 3 children are expected to complete their homework and return their books every Monday to be marked. They will have their new homework each Wednesday. Extra credits are given to children who bring their books back on a Monday with completed tasks.
The minimum expectation for homework each week is:
1. 10 spelling words/handwriting sheets.
2. 1 Maths task
3. Reading Book 3 times per week to an adult.
Additional:
Year 4s will be taking the National Multiplication Check in June. It is vital that they are prepared for the test. TT Rockstars soundcheck below is an excellent resource to prepare.
Times tables:
Year 3 should know 2,3,4,5,8,10 times tables
Year 4 should know 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 times tables.
