Our attempt to “Make lemonade from lemons”
Week 3
This week we re-enacted the Last Supper in R.E. We also enjoyed working as a team to create a rocket.
In our I.C.T lesson, we used 2Simple app to draw rockets and practised saving documents onto a shared drive.
During Show and Tell, Puddles wanted to talk about all the story books he has enjoyed sharing with the children.

Week 2
This week we enjoyed taking part in various reading activities.We reviewed some books and picked our favourite ones which we felt were books worth reading over and over again.
For World Book day, we spent time reading our favourite books and taking part in several reading quizzes and games. We are Finished the week celebrating our love for books and reading with parents and careers coming into school to read with the children.

Week 1
This week Reception children visited Sacred Heart Primary school in Goldthorpe for a dance show. We enjoyed showing off some of the dance moves we have been learning in Miss Ellie’s dance classes.
We also took part in several Shrove Tuesday activities. Quite a busy start to the new term!
