Week 4

Our Holy Week celebrations were different this year as we were not able to share our assemblies with our parents. This is common for class 5 as our stations of the cross assembly is usually completed around the school with the children from all over school walking between each station. As this was not possible we were able to record a version of our stations and this allowed us also to share this with our parents at home as well.

Week 3

In our PHSE lessons we have been looking at our local environment and how we can care for it. We have built some bug hotels as well as bird feeders and planted some seeds on the field to try and encourage wildlife to come and live there.

Week 2

This week we grouped our ideas together to put together our group fair ride pitch to the class. At this point we explained how our fair ground ride was going to work and listened to feedback from the rest of the class on how we could improve this further.

Week 1

Welcome everyone back to school after a long school lockdown. On Tuesdays we are completing a D and T project based on creating a working fairground ride. Today we just brainstormed our individual ideas before coming together next week as a group to have a group ride.
