At Sacred Heart we believe that a positive attitude towards physical and mental health are a cornerstone in ensuring a healthy future for all of our children. It is essential therefore that we develop an enthusiasm and passion for exercise and sports from a young age, helping all of our children to find aspects of physical education that they enjoy and can be successful at.
