Summer Term 2
Week 3: This week in science, we investigated which materials created the clearest shadow. Class 3 predicted whether an opaque, translucent or transparent material would create the most defined shadow and then explained why they believed this was based on their knowledge of light.
Week 2: This week we started our final RE topic called Universal Church, focusing on special places for the Christian faith. We explored with a special is and how people feel about these places and their impact upon them. We then created a chain for our display, showing all our special places and one word which describe them.
Week 1: Welcome back! To kick of our final half term of the year we were lucky to have South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue in to give us a talk about fire safety!
