Weeks 1-5
It has been a very busy start to the new school year and the children in Class 1 have settled in fabulously!
Some of our topics this half term have been: Science- Seasonal changes, History- Personal and Family History, RE- Family and Baptism.
We have a class book that we read each week and the children are becoming familiar with these and are able to talk about them and retell some stories.
We are learning rhymes and poems from 'Poetry Basket' which we will perform for parents next half term when we take part in our annual 'World Nursery Rhyme Week'.
