Afternoon Work:
This afternoon we will start by researching Karl Landsteiner. Karl Landsteiner is famous for discovering the different blood types that are most commonly used today and as a result making blood transfusions far more safe. Find out as much as you can about Landsteiner as you will be writing a report on him next week. Use the link below to get you started.
Next you are going to create a rap about the heart. Think about the function of the heart in your body and how it works. I have attached some lyrics below for a suggested rap which you could adapt and a video of a group from a previous year performing their own heart rap. You can record your lyrics in your book.
