Forest Bathing: Taking time to look, listen and feel in a woodland. Proven to reduce stress and anxiety. We took the time to look at all the colours and used them to create 'nature's art palettes'.

Art and Design: Develop a range of art and design techniques - drawing different types of lines. We took out inspiration from Wassily Kandinsky's quote 'Everything starts from a dot'.
