Week 4
On Monday, the children enjoyed a friendly, fun workshop on "Me and my emotions", run by the lovely CompassBe and today they earned an extra 15 minutes playtime at the end of the day, for working so hard and being so good ❤️

Week 3
Hola!
This week, we have learnt how to say hello and goodbye in Spanish, including in a class sing-a-long. We also learnt how to count from numbers 1-3 in Spanish and some basic classroom instructions (look! listen!).

Week 2
We started literacy this week, looking at traditional tales and using Jack and the Beanstalk as our inspiration. In RE, we delved into the meaning of the Federation Mission Statement, exploring vocabulary and concepts, to deepen our understanding.
Week 1
Welcome to Class 3.
We've had a lovely day, with handwriting, guess the letter, a dictation, writing about our summer holidays and number practice. This afternoon, we played boggle, did picture news, some artwork and class reader.
For picture news, the children designed their own flags, based on what was important to them, and presented them to the class.
