Spring 1

Week 3 (WC 20.1.25)

Our class book this term is Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame.  It tells the story of Mole, Ratty, and Badger as they try to help Mr. Toad, after he becomes obsessed with motorcars and gets into trouble. In RE this term our first topic is Communtiy, we have been learning all about the experience of communtiy as an  essential and enjoyable part of life for people of every age and faith. In maths this week we have been working on the 3 times table looking at arrays, multiplication and division. Well done class 3 for working so hard.

Week 2 (WC 13.01.25)

This week we have been developing our balancing and sequence work in PE. During the lesson, we moved on to learn how to link a forward roll into our sequences smoothly with actions that flowed.

Week 1 (WC 6.01.25)

Welcome back to school everyone, we hope you all had a wonderful Christmas break. Well done Class 3 for settling back into school so quickly. This week we had a visit from the Dogs Trust, which was to empower the children with the knowledge and skills to interact safely with dogs, both at home and in other social settings. We learnt lots of interesting things but most importantly how to stay safe around all dogs, especially dogs that we know and interact with at home.

One family, growing together in love and faith, flourishing in a diverse and ever-changing world. We love, we believe, we shine, we achieve.
